I added a version that can be worn as outerwear. It's labeled SEASONS. Please delete the previous package if you have downloaded it. They're labeled sweater_btights.package and sweater_wtights.package.

I decided my Sim needed some cute winter-y outfit that would work as maternity clothing as well and this is the result.

A grey sweater dress with tights (black or white) and black flat boots, using Maxis mesh from the basegame. If you want this to work as maternity, you need the 'Pregnant Sims Wear Any Outfit' hack by Squinge, which you can find HERE .
